In the past I had a problem with this office in that they did not call to remind me of upcoming appointments, which were sometimes a year or more apart. However, this has not been a problem in the last couple of years. Other than that past gripe, I have nothing but good to say of the office, the physicians and the staff. Waiting time in the waiting room has sometimes seemed long, but they have a good selection of reading material to help pass the time. I see Dr. Hines when I go in and have found him to be a very pleasant and highly competent doctor. I recommend this practice very highly.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.

The amount of time it takes to get an appointment in the office is insane and completely unacceptable!! My husband had some sort of itchy rash all over his body and our family doctor sent us here for help. The date of our appointment was almost 4 months after our family doctor called this office to make an appointment. So for 4 months my husband had to suffer with this rash that kept him awake most nights, and when he did finally sleep he would wake up with blood all over him where he had scratched himself in his sleep. A follow up visit was set up for 2 months later, which we attended. Since then we have made another appointment in the office to see the doctor, the soonest they could get us in was 15 weeks away. I find this very unacceptable.
