I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

The person who answered the phone when I called with a question was not only useless in answering my question, but was very rude as well. I have great reservations about keeping my apt. here. The only reason that I will go is that I've gotten good reviews on the doctor.
