I had two pulse laser treatments. The second one made no difference to the appearance of hyper-pigmentation that it was designed to treat. I called to voice my dissatisfaction and the first time was told that they would get back to me. I called again and the individual that I spoke to said she did call and left a voice mail. I did not receive a voice mail. The individual assured me she would call again after she had spoken to the doctor. She never returned that phone call or two subsequent phone calls. I would not recommend this dermatologist practice.
