Excellent doctor, but it is very difficult to get through to his practice. Either they are out to lunch or the phones aren't working properly. Very frustrating when you need to make an appointment or are sick.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Dr. Hein is one of the best doctors around. He spends quality time with his patients and truely cares about his patients (you can tell). You don't feel like a number, or just another patient with him. If you are searching for a family doctor, he is the best.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
