Services for National Guard Soldiers

VETERANS/GUARD/ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS
Almost all service members will have reactions after returning from deployment. These behaviors and feelings are normal, especially during the first weeks at home. Despite the challenges of reintegration, most service members will successfully readjust with few problems. However, seeking solutions to problems is a sign of STRENGTH.
Due to waiting lists and staff shortages, military personnel may need to seek therapy outside of the military mental health systems.
C.H.O.IC.E.S, Inc. is committed to help serve individuals and family members who are seeking healthy options to coping with civilian reintegration.
Private and confidential services are provided to help support servicemembers to overcome the stigma associated with seeking psychological help and encourage servicemembers to seek out help when they need it.
We offer:
• individual and family counseling
• anger managment
• veterans self empowerment groups
• services focused on PTSD, Depression, Substance Abuse, and Adjustment
