Medicaid is useless

Ihave a tooth that has boneloss due to periodontal disease. i pay 1/3of my income to recieve medicaidin oswego county ny. Can see one generaldentistbut he doesn't have periodontal licensing. I cannot find a periodontist to help me. My tooth hurts and it is making me physicall ill due to infection.
Does anyone know where i can find a periodontist insyracue,ny area that can help me?
