Want to get in Great Shape ... Do something New , Challenging , Out of your Comfort Zone

Are you having a difficult time reaching your fitness , weight loss , conditioning goals ? If so , you have to Try something NEW , More Challenging , something out of your comfort zone . If you always workout at a gym indoors , try an outdoor beach fitness class . If you only do aerobic classes , try hitting some Free weights and machine exercises . If you have never tried a Kick Boxing class try one , Try a Karate class on for size . Step out of your comfort zone and watch the results that will come .
