Rbut Their staff was friendly enough, The receptionist has become friendlier as I have made repeated visits. The nurse who took my vitals was very easy to talk to. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. I was very satisfied with my visit with this doctor. I appreciate that Dr B talks to me like I have a brain. My last doctor was not good about explaining things to me. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I believe I can comfortably talk to this doctor about anything.

The magazines in the waiting room did not affect my visit in any way.

I feel like this office is very understaffed. Everyone is always rushed. Dr Birlenbach is very nice however he is getting very forgetful and sometimes needs to be reminded several times of the prescription refills you talked about as well as other concerns. Also his staff is very slow at refering and sometimes it takes a few phone calls to get them to get paperwork done. I think they need to stop taking on so much or get help.

I will be a new patient of Dr. Birlenbach Maybe! I went by the office to drop off my paperwork that they need at least one day in advance of your app. The lady that was at the front desk was eating her lunch and kept yelling for someone to come up front because she was on break. In the first place if your on break don't be upfront eating. When some one did finally come up after she gave me a form I asked for. That gal answered a phone call and made an appointment for the exact time that I was coming the next day. When she got off the phone I asked her if there was more than one Dr. in the office because my appointment was for 9:00 as well. She looked me up and said my appointment was for 2:00. I then told her that when I made the appointment she told me
9:00 and the card they sent me also said 9:00. I was not exactly happy that my first appointment in this office was that messed up. I am going to give them one more try, but if this or anything else happens that I am not happy with, That will be my last appointment.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I am a physician myself, and go to Dr. Birlenbach because he has a solid reputation, knows his stuff, doesn't do gimmicks.
