They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and were happy to help me with whatever I needed. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Definitely! They made sure I completely understood everything about my medication

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
