Patient of Dr. Gandler 10+ years! His staff are courteous and go out of their way to help a patient.I recommended his practice to every other Immunologically impaired person who asks me who I see. Be prepared for questions and more questions! But,he really listens to your answers! My "New Patient" Appointment lasted over 2 hours, by the end of it he knew more about me than any other Medical Professional I have seen.In the 10 years since he became my Reumatologist, I've had 5 different Internal Medicine Doctors because of life changes. He is the only Doctor I would not give up, even when I was without insurance for a time. I have Fibro, but also several other medical issues. His attention to my whole health and integrating that into his approach to diagnostic issues excels that of any Doctor (Internist or Specialist) I have seen in 56 years. My respect for him as a Doctor is so high I now drive 150+ miles just to see him!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not really, it wasn't very clean

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was impressed with the equipment they were using. It looked very current and safe. They're always on time for my appointments. I know I can always count on them to be there when they say they will be. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes. Dr Gandler is with out a doubt one of the best doctors i have ever had. I have been to UCLA and UC BERKLEY and everywhere in between. Dr Gandler is very thorough and honest and knowledgeable. I am Blessed to have him as my Doctor, with out a doubt. Thanks Doc!!
