The doctor is notoriously late. Plan on waiting a minimum of 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment, and, be prepared to be treated rudely by his staff if you voice concern for the inconvenience.

I've known Dr. Kravitz for many years and think he genuinely cares, but the experience with his staff is unacceptable. Undue stress in not good for us diabetics. I will have to find another doctor.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
