waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes just to get blood work. I like Dr. Alter and after using a urologist for 25 years (he retired) was glad to finally find a new Dr. I liked, but after today and the confusion of the front desk, I have located another DR. and taking my health concerns to them.

With the cost of just staying healthy it's frustrating to deal with people that don't seem to care.
