Very caring and attentive to all patient needs. Excellent diagnostician and treatment protocol. Years of Medical experience lends to total patient care. Follow up is excellent.

I love my doctor, Dr. Thompson's been my primary doctor for 35 years. I think he is a wonderful doctor , He will take time he writes everything down you're talking about he seems to have patience with his patients and listens to more than just their health and personal Me this is very important I doctor needs to know what you're going through as well is just to provide you with medication or just a quick visit it seems like he wants to get to the bottom of maybe what might be wrong with you everything helps especially going through severe family problems with your broken home I could go on into more details but this would take too long but thank you Dr. Thompson for being such a swell doctor, a lot of times I think about what if he retires what if he just moves away what other doctor will take his place I don't think any other doctor could take his place for me. PS please Dr. Thompson hang in there I hope you stay in Louisiana I wish you were in the Springfield area or Livingston Parish area I wish you could have two days a week or so that you could practice and a closer area to where I live. I have been going to Dr. Gene Thompson for about 20 years. He is wonderful. He takes time to answer all of your questions and is very knowledgeable in his field. Until recently I really didn't get the attention that I wanted when I called his office but NOW he has Leslie on his staff. She answers the phone for him and makes all of his appointments. She is absolutely the best. She goes out of her way to help you, not just on occasion, but EVERY SINGLE TIME you call that office. I think every office should have Leslie but I am happy that she is here with Dr. Thompson. Thanks to them I now stay healthy!!! Love you guys.
