I was amazed at Dr. Butrick's knowledge and how he was able to explain to me how I got in such bad shape, then set forth a plan to get my pain disorder under control. I am eternally greatful!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. The staff is very friendly, but I did feel rushed out of the office each and every visit. I had some concerns about a very painful condition regarding some urgent urology symptoms and was hurried out the door with a referral for a CT scan. I ended up in the hospital that evening to deal with something that could have been handled in the office. I like and agree with Dr. B's diagnoses, but don't feel that he listens to all of my concerns.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
