Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Anderson is extremely busy but never makes you feel rushed. He thoroughly explains everything and listens to your complaints with open ears. He readily makes changes to medications if needed and is always available.
The waiting room is always full but there are several doctors in the office. He has you in as soon as possible.
If he thinks you need to see someone else or be admitted, he will do that as well. We love Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson's office staff have always been courteous and friendly. I've never had a problem obtaining refills from them (for controlled substances especially; this was an issue at other doctors) and Dr. Anderson always seems on top of things that are going on with me despite me only seeing him once every four months.

I've only been rescheduled once (when Dr. Anderson was sick) and the one time I had to cancel without twenty four hour notice I brought up the reschedule and they happily forfeited the cancellation fee.

He's always shown concern and has helped me with other issues outside the normal realm of psychiatry by ordering a testosterone test that my GP wouldn't order because he considered it a "crutch." (Test revealed a VERY low free floating T level.) He's also responsible for me receiving a diagnosis of sleep apnea and referred me to the specialist to have that taken care of.

I've seen him now for about seven years and would happily recommend him to others.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
