They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Their office was clean enough, but it was still a little too dirty. I didn't want to get sick so I tried to leave as quickly as possible. I left feeling very happy with the way my appointment went. I was nervous before my appointment, but I feel much more hopeful now. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

The receptionist is flat out rude and often violates HIPAA. The last time I went I literally waited an hour for an appointment which took five minutes. I feel like he doesn't listen to what I am saying and he always repeats information incorrectly. HELLO AREN'T YOU A PSYCHIATRIST?! Act like one! I am going to chew out the person who recommended him to me as well. I work in a hospital setting and this is honestly the rudest and most inconsiderate physician I have EVER interacted with.

I agree with the other reviewers -- terrible bedside manner and indifference to patients' needs, AND he pads his billing. I saw him in the hospital, and he was *hours* late, made very inappropriate comments, charged obscene amounts for maybe...10 minutes of his time over three days? (that same ten minutes or so somehow turned into multiple 'consultations,' with a bill just shy of $500) I did not feel comfortable at all seeking treatment advice from him. When I couldn't pay the bill in cash ten days after I got out of the hospital (I'm uninsured, and the billing dept. lady I spoke with pretty glibly said 'we don't do charity' when I asked about payment plans/arrangements), they referred it to the scummiest collection agency in St. Louis. I wouldn't be surprised if they had some kind of 'arrangement.' Terrible all around, stay far away.

Poor bedside manor for any doctor, but terrible for a psychiatrist. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
