I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
