A horrific physician. Gravely incompetent and careless with diagnosis. He has been found to be incompetent a plethora of times. His diagnostic skills, as proven, are greatly affected by his high bias. His thinking is clouded with his failure to attend to relevant details, and his unprofessionalism with observing difficult symptoms. He is extremely hasty with his judgments, and repeatedly misdiagnoses. Yet, he feels confident in what he does, and readily abuses his power to prescribe medicines.

Please be forewarned about Dr. Jack Carr.

I and some friends have found Dr. Jack Carr to be a highly incompetent psychiatrist, and we concur that others should be warned about being involved with him. He has been shown several times to have incompetent diagnostic abilities, and has greatly misdiagnosed a host of people, and more and more are coming forward about him. Dr. Jack Carr is also highly dishonest, misleading, and deceptive, as we all concur. We've been shocked at his conduct and are proceeding with action against him. Please beware of Dr. Jack Carr, please.
