They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. It was so difficult to get an appointment with them. They are ridiculously busy, and are almost never available. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Whenever I have to wait in a waiting room a while, I always look forward to at least being able to read their magazines, but not here. All of their magazines were from the 1990's and weren't entertaining at all. During my appointment, I never once felt listened to or understood. They didn't seem to care about anything I had to say.
