Seems like a very good doctor, although his bedside manner is a bit "strange".

His (Willoughby) office staff leaves much t o be desired however. Somewhat short and abrupt when you cal them and they seem disorganized when checking in and out after the visit.

While I trust Dr. Siminovitch, his (Willoughby) office staff is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
They are somewhat short and rude, both in person and on the phone. Good luck trying to get a call through to them - they usually lose the call when forwarding or placing "on hold".
They ask patients to call them for results of lab testing. Not normally an issue except for the above issues.If the doctor himself wasn't so highly rated I would change doctors. Disorganized re. billing/payments.
