I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.
