They have always' been nothing but professional. Dr. Burns and his nurse feel more like family. Has been my Dr. for 17 years and I feel very blessed. The employees in front are always ready to assist you with any problem that you may have .Have always been happy with Dr. Burns' and his staff.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. YOU KNOW THIS STUFF JIMMY BURNS!!!!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were able to address all of my questions and concerns in detail, and made sure they communicated with me clearly. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr, Burns is one of the finest doctors and persons i've been acquainted with.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
I love Dr Burns he is great.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It is in an older suite which may have something to do with appearance. The office staff is very courteous and helpful whenever I call. Appointments are scheduled, in my case, every six months or as needed.
