I have been going to Dr Ronay for about 30 years and he is the best I've seen. He is outgoing with his patients and very cordial,calling me by my first name, asking about my family and how I was feeling. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr Ronay was thorough and made you feel comfortable during the medical examinations and tests. I am sure going to miss him as he is now treating prostate cancer patients. I wish him all the best in his new practice.

Dr.Ronay is still one of the very few Doctors who care about you the patient ! He is very compassionate and never fails to provide excellent care ! His staff Tina, Judi and Joann are the best ! Very helpful !

Dr. Ronay is my urologist and I really recommend him for anyone that is looking for a urologist. he is very very knowledgeable and I really trust him as he helped me to know how to live with my chronic problem and make it less painful and he always do the required tests to make sure I am going in the right direction.

Also what I really like about Dr Ronay and his office stuff is their sense of humor, they make it easy on me and I am sure the other patients as well. that was actually my main problem with other urologists before going to Dr. Ronay, They don't understand that any patient comes to them already in pain and depressed and he needs someone to help him physically and emotionally. I remember one of my previous urologist made me cry after I left the office!. I feel his office stuff are like a big family and I love the way they treat patients and make it easy for them and make them smile after the office visit.

Also Dr. Ronay never push me for any procedure (like others did with me: do that or don't come to us again!). he always explains the problem and gives options to solve the problem with his recommendations.

Last thing I like in his office that he is always up to date with the technologies and researches results. Recently he did a very nice portal website that can make it easy to get connected with him and send him messages without the need to call or wait online. also that portal has all the communication history and test results.

I really recommend him for any patient looking for a urologist. He will change your life specially if you are like me and have to live with some chronic issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronay for over a year now. I would recommend him very highly. He listens well. He takes the time needed. I have found the office staff caring and willing to take steps to help me.

With a kidney stone being a most painful experience, it was a pleasure to find a caring doctor and staff that took me in immediately, made an accurate diagnosis and prescribed treatment and medications with expedience, proficiency and professionalism. Brandon Urology Center and Dr. Gary Ronay and staff are a cut above what seems to be the norm for patient care these days. I have no complaints about my experience with them from my first appointment on, only positive feelings and congratulations to them for continuing a long and successful practice - as a patient, I felt listened to, cared for and treated with respect and expertise. I would recommend this doctor and staff to anyone needing such services.
