Definitely! They made sure I completely understood everything about my medication

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does the provider's staff try to be helpful?

The staff is wonderful, and office is beautifully decorated. Most importantly, Dr Saxe was able to diagnose my arthritic condition correctly after several other rheumatologists and orthorpaedists failed to do so. He is an extremely caring doctor who really listens to his patients. Great bed-side manner as well. I would strongly recommend Dr Saxe to anyone in South Florida who has arthritis.

Not a good experience. I spent way more time in the waiting room than I actually did with the doctor. This provider has no bedside manners. No personality and just wanted to move quickly. Couldn't care less what I said, like he had his own agenda. Treated me like business, not a patient. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
