Find another urologist. Dr. Gold is a recommended doctor and he does know his job but his office staff is so completely rude that I changed doctors as I do not want to subject myself or my parents to their treatment.
According to his office manager patients families must wait in the waiting room as they are not allowed to accompany them to an exam room. I was told this after years of accompanying my father and mother to see the doctor. When I told Dr. Gold I encountered this problem in a very rude and public manner from his office manager he did nothing to rectify the situation. It seems rules are more important then the patients comfort and security.
