Busy place, Dr Paulsen is very personable and appears to care. Plan on waiting as she either overbooks or the spends the extra time with anyone who needs it - I can understand that part. While the doctor does not take calls during my appointment the front desk could use some customer service training - rude and at time displaced by me being there. She has taken personal calls and side conversations while I was trying to check-in. In one instance I had to pay in order to pick-up a prescription order that did not require seeing the doctor other than her signature - whats up with that?? We tolerate the poorness of the front office because my son has shown improvement with Dr Paulson.

I went to Dr. Paulsen to get treatment for depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She did little more than provide me with the medications I requested. I can go to a primary care physician for that for a fraction of the cost! I am disappointed because I expect her to treat my other symptoms in addition to simply providing medication. She made a point of telling me I should be seeing a therapist. Uh, that's why I came to your office! If you are in need of cognitive therapy, you are better off going to a doctor who is willing to spend more time with her patients, instead of going to Dr. Paulsen, who just wants to get patients in and out with their prescriptions.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly.
