They made me wait way too long in their waiting room. I had an appointment, I shouldn't have had to wait that long. I was disappointed with how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I understand they are busy, but it was a bit ridiculous. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I couldn't believe how many new and interesting magazines they had in the waiting room. Time flew by because I had plenty of good reading material. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.
