They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Dr. Cosgrove, who has been my Nephrologist since just prior to my transplant to the present...approximately 4 1/2 years. He is warm, caring, sincere, enthusiastic and the list of positive adjectives could go on for pages. I am blessed to have been assigned to him by my primary care physician. Most of all, he is a SUPERIOR doctor in every respect. I have immense respect and gratitude for Dr. Cosgrove. I just can't say enough good things about him and the care he has and continues to provide. Truly among the finest doctors I have ever had the honor to be associated with.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
