Dr. Bhan paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. No real greeting, no smile -- which always surprises me because it's a psychiatric practice for goodness sakes! Can't the receptionist be a little warm and friendly? Dr. Bhan is highly knowledgeable and presents in a calm, caring, soothing manner. I'm a pretty easy patient with straightforward issues (mild depression.)
