I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was given the quick diagnosis of 'Conversion Disorder'. It was so fast but not as fast as the Transverse Myelitis and MS.that I wound up having. But I'm certain if I returned the good doctor would have something that would associate them all in a fine, gold-filled basket on the desk.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. They are very polite and respectful people.
I was also put in to the program at CHN for detox from my narcotics. I found that Dr., Arbuck was very caring and listened to everything I had relayed to him. I did go thru a rough patch in the middle of my stay, but I started feeling better.
I think that the negative comments are probably from people that did not wish to get better. During my stay there, I encountered a person like that, he couldn't wait to get out so he could start using Oxy again. Either you go thru the tough times to get better or not, it is all up to you. Do not blame it on the doctor.
I would recommend Dr. Arbuck and his staff to anyone I care about. He is absolutely professional and has a wonderful personality and sense of humor.
I know that he has put (probably 99%) patients on Suboxone, probably because it works !!! It is alot better than choking down 80mg of Oxy 3-4 times a day along with another 20 mg of Oxy for breakthrough pain and running the risk of dying of respiratory distress. That's the biggest side effect for Oxy. Not only that, I am not going through my life like a zombie everyday. This is thanks to Dr. Arbuck. He helped me get through the rough times. I still have more, but I know it will be okay. Chronic Back Pain is something I would never wish on anyone.
But, thanks to Dr. Arbuck prescribing Suboxone, it's gotten better for me. So, if you feel it is a racket, go to someone else and free up the time for the patients that truly
want to be in his care. Thank you.

Dr. Arbuck had me meet with his "Assistant" who just completed his bachelor's degree and had no background in psychiatry or psychology. I told him what I thought was wrong with me, then he relayed that to Dr. Arbuck in the hallway. Dr. Arbuck then came into the room and gave me my diagnosis without ever talking with me! He handed me a stack of prescriptions, which I NEVER FILLED! I don't he cares about people at all! I even turned him in to my insurance company and they said they would investigate my claim, but they couldn't share the outcome with me. I can't believe he's still in practice.

Everything I told him seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like he cared about what I had to say at all. I would never recommend him to anyone. They made my situation even worse. I have not been billed yet for his services but I can guess his prices are not fair at all. He really makes no effort to maintain a professional attitude what so ever here.He will do everything he can to put you down during his conversation with you, claiming you are not listening or you are not even as smart as a monkey! I was shocked at how unprofessional he acted, for being the founder of this practice!!!! He really appears to have a share in this drug Suboxone and there is no other way to be treated than to go into the hospital and be pumped ful of this drug!!!
