Dr, Coutlakis is a great listener. He doesn't rush you out of the office. He helps you make pain management decisions and doesn't expect you to do just what he says. He is an excellent doctor!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It's kind of frustrating trying to get an appointment with them. I'm usually able to get one eventually, but most of the time it's not on the day I would like it to be. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
