Easily the worst office staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My doctor recently moved her office to this location. This is not the first time she has moved and I have always followed her. Not this time! The receptionist Maryann was easily the least compassionate medical office clerk I have ever spoken with. I wanted to speak to my doctor and she out and out refused unless I booked an appt. I advised her I recently had shoulder surgery and couldn't make an appt but still needed to speak with my dtr and she blatently refused. Maryann made my decision for me. I will be looking for a new doctor and Dr Zubernic has her to blame.

I have a real problem with this office in that they never get back to you with the results of blood work, tests you have done. It has happened to me a number of times. They have a sign that says you should hear within 10-14 days. You call and leave numerous messages after that time period and no one has the courtesy to call back. When you do reach someone there are excuses. People are out, computers are down. This is a DOCTOR'S office for goodness sakes!

This office is great. The doctor really wants to help to fix whatever it is that's wrong and doesn't assume it's the "normal" stuff that people come in for! He's great!
