He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. He always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. He has been very responsive to my messages, even calling me when he was on vacation and setting up a quick appointment when I've needed help. He never turned me away when I've needed him. The office is comfy and clean and easy to get to.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The practice office is in a very sorry state, the offices are cramped, no secretary to take appointments, all handled by the doctor, who always takes calls on his own. Once in this practice, he never makes anything easy, has trouble understanding what you are trying to convey, and makes misunderstandings of even the basic things, so that gettign started on therapy is in itself a big hurdle to cross.
One wonders that the reason he is in that office is because he cannot afford a better one, because of his quality of care. If so, why does he say he is always busy?

Strongly recommend to avoid this doctor.
