Dr. Rankin's office is amazing. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer any and all of my millions of questions. I had a mommy makeover which included a tummy tuck and breast lift and augmentation and I am so happy with the results. My recovery process has been really straightforward and almost too easy to have had surgery six weeks ago, even my massage lady was impressed at the healing of the scar and also how quickly I was able to balance back into normal daily life. Dr. Rankin is one of the best and I am really happy to have selected him as my surgeon.

Dr. Rankin was wonderful as a surgeon. He was attentive during all of my appointments, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. The support staff was also very kind and accommodating to work with throughout the whole process, from scheduling appointments that worked for my work schedule, to getting back to me promptly with questions about my results and procedure. The only things that could use improvement, in my opinion, are the following: the packet of information I received for my procedure did not have as much information as I would've liked for my procedure- lower bleph. It seemed to be geared more toward the upper bleph, or just did not answer all of my questions. It also had some typos in it, or contradicting information from what I was told. I think the packet should be proofread and updated. The ability to text was a nice option, but I wasn't sure if my messages were being read, because some were not responded to. Finally, it was also a bummer for me when I found out that I had to pay $700 more because my surgery went over the time limit that was booked at the surgery center by 0:20 min. With all of that being said, I still feel that my experience was overall very good, and I would return to this office for future needs. I would also recommend Dr. Rankin to anyone looking to have a procedure done.

I LOVE the results of my breast reduction from Dr.Rankin! The entire staff is AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable. The surgery center was also the best service possible. The results were better than I imagined! I had the BEST experience ever!

I just had a lip lift I looked around for months and did not feel comfortable with other offices. I called Inger and she immediately feel comfortable. The cost was so very very affordable I could not believe that I did not have to break the bank and the staff here amazing. The results the best I cannot wait to show off my results and tell everyone how fabulous everyone is here!!!
