Nicole and her helpers are great; however, they owe me a credit and they refuse to pay me back for over-charging me on my co-pays. I have been following up for months.

The facility is clean and comfortable. Diane at the reception desk is very pleasant and personable. Nicole is incredible. She is very thorough in her explanations, watches to make sure you are doing exercises correctly, and gives great follow-up instructions. The app is also great to show the “homework” videos and check off when completed.

Started physical therapy a few weeks ago at the new MVPT Salem location. While the facility itself is very nice, Nicole is awesome!
She’s kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and very personable. I have severe pain issues with bursitis in both hips, and while that is the main reason for the PT, my back pain from sciatica and stenosis has also gotten some relief from her exercises and program. Great place to go for PT.
