Clean facility, sometimes it gets busy so wait is longer than I'd like but generally the service is prompt and you get what you need instead of having to wait for a sick appointment with your regular doctor. Also like that they have access to Northwestern Hospital resources. I had a lung x-ray done that there was reviewed by a doc downtown, pretty quickly too. It's a nice resource for us out here in Mokena/Frankfort area!

Care is prompt. Physicians are knowledgeable and personable. I have used this facility multiple times! Illness, stitches. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family here. Wait times based on triage and the quantity of patients seeking immediate care. I have never had to wait.
