Worst inconsiderate service I’ve experienced. I had an appointment for 10:30. I stood at the reception window from 10:31 to 10:35 with absolutely no one in front of me waiting on the receptionist… she acted as if she didn’t see me. After some time she asked me to come to the windows but turned me away and told me to reschedule because I was 5 minutes late. I told her I’ve been standing in front of your window, other patients told her the same. The doctor and staff are so rude and inconsiderate. I left work to make this appointment. A waste of time and money…..
