I sent the CD concerning my mammogram report to Dr. Rossmer, because Dr. Rossmer was not satisfied with just a paper report and wanted the CD. But her office just mailed me back the CD with no explanation as to whether she even looked at the CD and what she thought about the CD, as to whether the lump in my breast was really a harmless fibroid or something more serious like cancer. When I tried to call her office no one even answered the phone. I am pretty annoyed with all this because you left patients dangling in worry with no caring how patients feel. I need an answer from Dr. Rossmer as to whether she looked at the CD or now do I have to send it back to you all over again.
