I have been a patient of Dr Picton for almost two years now and like her very very much. I am emailing because I have a problem after an appt on 4/26/23. She wants me to have a bone marrow biopsy to see if I have multiple mylenoma. On my way out to make an appt for that I was told I needed permission from my ins co to get this test. Today is May 5 2023 and I have yet to hear anything either way. I think this is so cruel to a patient waiting for a diagnosis like that. I would think a phonecall would be faster. I am now a nervous wreck and feel awful because of my very low blood
Counts. Could someone please get back to me before another weekend comes and goes. I just want to know. Thaak you so much for youn time and hopefully your help…..my name is
