during the computer meltdown at Memorial, the place was a mess. No lab results, confusion about appts, etc. Now that they are "back" online, they are slowly able to return calls per their outgoing message. I got to my appt a couple weeks ago 5 minutes early . Actually seen after 70 minutes later. Left late in day, got caught in unbelievable traffic just to get out of the parking deck. No, sorry, no nothing from the office as to why my appt was so delayed. Not sure I will stay with her, and actually feel she would like to get rid of me as I speak up for myself. She is in the same position as so many MDs, not taking on new patients.
