My results turned out very poorly. I had bottom surgery last year and just had a revision. Which now it looks like I will need a second revision. I was told early on that it wasn't that bad and was gaslit very significantly regarding my results. This also caused me mental anguish as I did not feel heard and was gaslit regarding how it turned out. Scheduling has been a nightmare and there were several financial mistakes with Alignsurgical and my insurance. The staff have been both good and bad with some of them being very supportive and others dismissive. Follow up from Dr Pang was severely lacking and it felt like when I asked questions he would get annoyed with me. I honestly regret coming to align for my surgery. Post surgery has been the hardest of my life and I do not feel truly cared for in the ways I needed. I am only coming back for my revisions because other surgeons will not revise another surgeons work and waitlists are over 3 years for the ones that will.

The appointment felt very rushed. I also wish it was on zoom. I forgot half the questions I was going to ask because it was so rushed and I was nervous. Aside from that it was pretty informative, I wish it was a little more personal in order to ease my nerves. All in all this was a way better and more affirming experience than the last consultation I had with a different doctor/practice but it could be improved a bit.

My experience has been good! Everyone is really nice. I appreciated that I did not have to do pre-op appointments in person since I live so far away. I am not 100 percent on my results (slightly different sizes on remaining chest tissue or asymmetrical swelling) but my quality of life has gotten better. Dr. Jedrzejewski is so personable and kind and does not make me feel like I am an inconvenience. Pilly is really sweet! And the front desk person is great too!
