We will be moving our boys. Our 1 & 3 year old have been going here since they were born. However, the fact that my 3 year old was MADE to wear a mask with no warning before the visit. They told us dad would have to wear it but did not mention our 3 year old. They also took 1.5hrs for their SCHEDULED well visits. They were rude when my husband opened the door to check on what was taking so long and let him know that he couldn't do that. After 3 year we will not be returning. It's been hard enough to justify continuing to go after Nemours took over and it started getting harder to get them in when they are sick. However, after this visit I can no longer justify it. If you want a doctors office that will get your kids in when they are sick on the same day you call and wont take over an hour for a pre-scheduled visit, find a different office!
