The staff at the Ear and Balance Institute is superb. Everyone is extremely thorough, patient, and personable. I have been in and out of doctors office's trying to figure out why I have had vertigo and a host of other symptoms for nearly a year. I am not a mystery to Dr. Gianoli and I am finally on the right path to healing and getting my life back. A special thank you to him for taking a significant amount of time to explain everything to me in detail. He made me feel like I was his only patient.

Dr. Gianoli is superb his testing is top notch. Staff very easy to reach and helpful. If having any issues with ear, balance, vertigo etc would highly recommend Dr. Gianoli to find the problem and solution.

This is so different from going to other doctors. They spend time with you, allow for questions, give lots of information, do numerous tests, and the level of care and interest is so much better. I highly recommend their services and care for people who need help with ear difficulties and dysfunction. Dr. Gianoli, is personable, approachable, and willing to talk thoughtfully and carefully with patients. He one of the world's top experts on conditions of the ear and inner ear especially and one of the best practitioners you can see. You do have to pay for it out of pocket but it is worth it to get the time and attention that they give.
