I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz Ramirez for over five years. I have a disabling spine defect, have had several major back surgeries, and
live with chronic pain. There is no question that Dr. Diaz Ramirez is an excellent doctor and very skillful, but she is terrible at communication. She is difficult to talk to, and seldom discusses her treatment plans with me. The office schedules patients every 15 minutes, which leaves little time to ask questions or discuss issues, and the entire appointment she is typing information into her computer. Often I am told to make an appointment for minor issues that could be easily resolved by email or telephone. The wait time when I go into the office for an appointment is 30 - 90 minutes, so there is no regard or concern for the value of her patients' time.
