Exceptional care by the leadership team.I shared a concern, and it was immediately addressed.Employees like Nurse Lilly & assistant Keirea, wonderful caretakers, made hospitalization a good experience. And Carlota was just perfect for my mom. Jojo, another plus.The Wound Care team and Infectious Disease Robert took their time to patiently and carefully treat my mom. They answered any and all questions I had. Dr McKenzie is a God-sent. Blessings.

5 stars to the NP, he was the most caring for my husband. All the other nurses and respiratory staff were good. 1 star to the case manager, she made the decision as to where my husband would be going after leaving Kindred and didn't give our family a chance to look at the facility. Just received a phone call from the facility saying he was bring moved to their facility.......very sad communication.
