Due to an accidental fall I broke my hip and had to have a hip replacement. After my friend viewed several rehab facilities, I chose to do my rehab at the Vision Park facility of Encompass. I am so happy this facility was my choice.
Upon arrival, new patients are greeted by a team consisting of nurses, case manager, therapist and others. I immediately felt at ease. This never changed during my almost three weeks at this facility. I found it to be extremely organized. The nurses, doctors, therapist, food services, case workers and the entire staff were professional. The facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Beyond being professional, the entire staff maintained an upbeat atmosphere. My needs were total met and, in fact, exceeded expectations. This is a 5 star operation all the way!
