Today 6/28/2018 is sadly My Last day @Longevity in Carlsbad!! Also my last day working with the BEST Physical Therapist's WILL DYKENS & MO!! But I will be back for the Longevity Hour they offer Mon Tue Thur Fri as a Group session! Not only have I got the strength back in my core after Spine surgery Sept 13 2017 Ive also lost a little weight (Im still working on that one) I just want to THANK the whole STAFF for All their Help & Encouragement! Also front desk Ladies who keep signing up & scheduling EASY & on cue! You're only worries will be: Showing Up on Time & gett'er done....the Staff does the rest! Thank You LONGEVITY for EVERYTHING!
