Dr. Madsen seems to be a great provider; however, the office staff is less than desirable. Twice they've scheduled visits 6 months in advance for my 86 year old mother, only to have her get there and they advise they have no appointment. I understood it happening once, but twice now is ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea how hard it is for an 86 year old to get ready and get out to go a doctor appointment??? Somebody in their office is not doing their job.

Please find another surgeon. This Dr. is in a solo practice and is out of the office a lot with no coverage. Office staff is not very helpful and will not return a phone call when you leave numerous messages. Dr. Madson is a very nice and friendly Dr and even a good surgeon. You just don't get very good follow up care and that is important when you are trying to get well enough to return to work. I believe the office needs better management
