I contacted Barbara because I needed help with weight loss and cholesterol numbers. I am 63yrs. old and have had diabetes type 1 for 17yrs. Barbara was a breath of fresh air to me. She completely restructured my diet with delicious foods that I love. She is very knowledgeable on many topics including cookware. No more non stick cookware here!) LOL. I was stuck at an over weight poundage for over 6yrs. No matter how little I ate and how much exercise I did the weight would not budge. She changed a lot of things for me and the weight is starting to come off. YEAH! The real added plus is my husband loves the dietary changes I was making that he jumped onboard with me and we are having FUN getting lean and Healthy. A real LIFE changer here. Barbara is very thorough and customizes your plan to FIT you. She is a God send. I am so grateful for our sessions together.
