Dr Phelan has been my doctor for almost 40 years ...before seeing him I had seen numinous doctors and they treated me with powerful medications with no results. when I finally found Dr Phelan he got me off all the meds took his time with me and found something that helped me He is now not only my doctor but also a friend

i am pleased with Dr. Phelan. He is compassionate, a good listener and easy to talk to. He doesn’t keep you waiting long and takes his time when addressing my health and concerns. I love the office staff. Everyone is friendly and the environment is relaxing. The Wellness Program is the best. I highly recommended him.
